Labor Leader

I am a labor leader and I do not agree with what is going on in the factories in today’s world.  Women are working for less a day than what they spend on food.  Women need to be paid more and have safer conditions to work in.  Look at the fire in the factory that just happened.  The Owners were so strict and wanted to make as much profit that they locked other doors so they could inspect bags of the women going out to save fabric.  They ended up killing the ladies by leaving and not telling the women that the building was one fire.  Women need to be able to work in comfort and be able to make enough money to help out their families.  These labor union are just what these women need and all factories should be forced to follow the guidelines set by these unions.  It would save lives, and help families out.  Why are owners being so sticky with their money worrying how they are going to get the most profit when their workers are being paid little money and being harmed in the process of working?  This has got to stop and all factories need to be up to date on safety and follow guidelines on protecting their workers.
